1. What material is Jamas made from?

Answer:

Jamas always uses quality fabric. The content is based on cotton but may be mixed up with silk, viscose or spandex to create the right structure or fall. Our aim is for the garment to be pretty and have a great fit whilst not compromising on the quality.
2. Where is Jamas manufactured?

Answer:

The Jamas workshop is situated in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
3. How is Jamas made?

Answer:

Answer: We produce on a small scale ensuring quality. Jamas’ Director Astrid surveys the production process from A-Z to ensure it complies with Jamas’ values. In addition, we are proud of Jamas’ Vietnamese artisanal approach to textile manufacturing where we exclusively use local resources. You can read more about this under Our Process
4. Which size should I choose?

Answer:

Jamas uses standard European sizing Small, Medium and Large so just take your normal size. The models and fabrics are flattering for all body types, similar to a jumpsuit.
5. Can I order directly from Jamas?

Answer:

We have chosen to sell to select boutiques in Europe sharing Jamas’ vision and we do not sell through the web or an own store at this moment.
6. How do I contact Jamas?

Answer:

7. How do I wash my Jamas?

Answer:

Just machine wash at 30 or 40 degrees and hang to dry.
8. What is Jamas return policy?

Answer:

If anything is wrong with the product we hope you will let us know and we agree to exchange it for free and fix any problem for the future.
9. What is the Jamas product range?

Answer:

We have 4 different sets each with a corresponding personality matching the design of the product. The daring party girl might go for Vera while the person opting for cover and comfort would choose Barbro. The idea is that you find the Jamas model that is perfect for you, available in different prints.
